Securing the Date and Payment…
Private hands-on classes are $115 per person and are available to groups of a minimum of eight or max of 12. In order to secure the date for your private class, payment in full must be received. You will be sent a pay link to secure your class. Payment in full is required in order to reserve the date. Once payment is received, we will then work together to decide on the menu for your group.
Evening Classes...
Evening classes are offered Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Evening classes start promptly at 6pm (staff is released at 8:30pm.) Arrival time for evening classes is 5:45pm. We do not offer evening classes on Saturdays.
Lunch/Daytime Classes...
Lunchtime classes are available Tuesdays through Saturdays.Timing for lunch/daytime classes is flexible and can start any time between 11:30am and 4pm.
We do not offer cooking classes on Sundays.
What you can expect…
Hands-on cooking classes are lots of fun. Your group gets right to work on preparing a multi-course meal under the expert guidance of chefs and cooking instructors. Delicious dishes like Loaded Hummus with Marinated Feta, Lamb Kofta with Tzaziki and Citrusy Almond Cake are just a few of the favorites. Your group will sit and dine together at the end of the class enjoying the fruits of your labor. Guests also take home a packet of all recipes from the class. Everyone receives a 15% discount for shopping in the store.
The Menu…
Take a look at the attached menus pictured here. These multi-course menus include many teachable moments along with a well-rounded buffet that results in a delicious meal. Note that we do not make person-to-person substitutions. Unlike a restaurant, we do not have a large quantity of ingredients on hand. We work with you to accommodate food sensitivities and create a menu that everyone can enjoy.
We do not offer wine.You may bring in wine or beer—we supply glasses, ice, refrigeration and corkscrews.
Refunds are available with 10 (ten) weekdays notice. In the event an individual in your group cannot attend, that seat can be passed along to another individual. In the event of weather-related issues with road closures and shelter orders, we will work with you to find a reschedule date.
