Drizzle it in a dish, sprinkle with a little sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, warm a baguette and dig in! Use it as a substitute it for other oils or butter in sauteing, frying and braising. Its nutty flavor isn't overpowering, making Pecan Oil excellent for salad dressings and marinades. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePecan Oil is also a great choice for high-heat cooking. With a much higher smoke point than olive oil, Pecan Oil is a great choice for grilling, cast iron cooking and stir frying (remember, woks get really hot!)
